1997 electric ezgo runs slow with a load
I have put new batteries , forward reverse switch ,Solenoid . Wheels turn great with out a load once on the ground it pulls very slow in forward.. it pulls a little faster in reverse.. I’ve been researching how to test motor voltage with no luck . I only find how to see if motor will turn over.. I am unsure if this model has a speed sensor .. I am starting to think foot switch or controller.. any advice would be appreciated!!

Also voltage of batteries once charged😊 |

Ok thanks sorry cobra it’s a 1997 36 volt ezgo with new batteries that are registering 36 volts in series .ezgo textron fwrd revers switch at my knee

36 volts is less than 50% charged. Is your charger working properly? Voltage should be 38.2 bolts 12 hours after charger shuts off.

Agree,batteries need charging.
What is the battery pack voltage before,during and after charge ? Hopefully your checking voltage with multi meter, not dash mounted gauge. |
