Default Re: Alltrax and New Motor help needed

I am assuming You have a Regen-II model with a Tow/Run switch.

I know David worked with Alltrax getting that PD Plus XCT working, but the Alltrax website wiring diagram for the PD Plus does not reflect how it actually works in these carts.

Did Alltrax gave You any wiring changes or modifications diagram?

Their wiring diagram shows the Solenoid positive activation coming from the Tow/Run switch when in fact comes from the OBC.

Also, they don't have a key switch input, meaning they have no way to detect the key switch is ON or OFF.

Key switch power detection on that model comes from the OBC and that could likely be your problem.

Try by-passing the OBC power output by disconnecting the OBC 6-pin connector and jumping the Blue with the White wires on the harness side connector.

That fixed the issue just jumped it. Now need the permanent fix if any?

Well got it straight. Spoke to Will at Alltrax, Dropped KSI voltage to as low as possible. All running fairly reasonable. Thanks! This forum is the best!
