If you look at the video it's a duster style clutch, definitely aftermarket. I'm thinking it failed.

I agree it's and aftermarket clutch, but might be as simple as the bolt bottoming out and the clutch just needs a washer to tighten up. It WAS working so it may have just worn a bit over time, slipping and wearing a little at a time till it got worse. Can't say for sure till the clutch comes off. I've gotten an impact in there, with the battery out. May have to jack up or lower the engine cradle to line up on it.

I use an 18v Dewalt impact. It's tight even with the battery removed, but it lines up fine. I'd be concerned about the condition of the taper on the crank.

Yeah, we've all been speculating for a week. Won't really know till the clutch comes off.

Bolt could have sheared.
