Broken teeth on crank and cam
Put rings, valves, valve seal in my 2006 G22
Have ran it about30-40 hours. Seems to run fine with no issues. Today it decided to break the teeth off the crank and cam gear. Very disappointing to say the least. What would cause this and does anyone have a used crank and cam?? |

Re: Broken teeth on crank and cam
I think Don Plowman covered that somewhere on this site. If I remember it is about bringing all the parts in a rebuild to proper spec i.e. the lash between the parts that failed you. Found it and bumped it
