Default Speed loss

New member. First post. I’m having speed issues.
Cart: 01 Club Car DS 48 volts Regen
Batteries: 52v full charge, 51.4v load tested. Batt Less than a month old. Heavy duty cables.
Motor: 400 amp D&D motor
Controller: 400 amp Alltrax, HD solenoid. Upgraded
Charger: Summit II onboard. Bypassed OBC

All was working great. Running 23 mph. All the sudden tops out at 16.

Any ideas? I’m stuck. Thanks!! Matt

I think you lost the speed sensor in the motor Matt. Manually push the cart and see if you hear the roll-away buzzer sounding and feel resistance against the cart.

Thanks! You were right. It was the speed sensor. Hooked up the Alltrax app and disabled the speed sensor. Runs great!

You need to replace it as without it you have no rpm control....
