Yellow light staying on.....
I have a 2012 DS with the original batteries, and after a long uphill climb the yellow light will stay on for ~10 secs. or so after stopping. These are the original batteries and I know they're probably on their last legs, so hopefully a new set will correct the problem. I use it primarily for sporting clay shooting, and it's hauled some hefty loads over the past few years. It still works fine around the property, but I'll need to replace the batteries before next season's shooting season. Oh well.....

you are running the batteries down below the normal operating SOC and the light is telling you that .

you only bypass it when you have a different smart charger . the stock CC charger relies on the obc to tell it what to do .

I left mine in incase I sell the cart with a stock charger and move DPI to something new
