Default 08 precedent XCT interlock issues

Can anyone tell me how to disable the charger interlock?
Here's the story. 08 precedent. It has as new Alltrax XCT, new wiring harness. Controller powers up, but will not engage solenoid because it is showing the charger is plugged in. Even with the OBC bypass it still shows it and has the cart disabled. How is the best way to turn the interlock off on the Alltrax?

The Charger Disable interlock is on controller pin #5 - Light Blue.
Supply +48v on that line for the cart to go.
The OBC would pull that input when charging.
You could just connect it to +48v all the time, just remember to disconnect the charger when you want to use the cart.
The White input line to the OBC is +48v from the Tow/Run switch.
When bypassing/removing the OBC the White line gets connected to the Light Blue.
Or run a new wire to the Light Blue from the Light Green of the Tow/Run switch.

This is the oddest thing. I had done the bypass with the white and blue wires and I still get the true reading on the charger input. I can disconnect the white and blue wires and the cart will run in limp mode.

Can you use the Alltrax toolkit and disable charger interlock altogether?
Seems like the Alltrax is seeing 48V as the signal to disable.

I looked at toolkit trying to figure out a way till I was seeing cross eyed. At one point it would run with the charger plugged in and not with it unplugged. Right now it will run with the blue and white wires cut like doing the bypass, but not connected together.

Call tech support at Alltrax about the Toolkit interlock.
I've found them to be very helpful.

Cart runs perfectly with the blue and white wires cut from the OBC, but NOT connected to each other, and before I did that it would run with the charger plugged in, but not when unplugged. The limp mode issue I had was the wrong pole was selected on the speed sensor. I think Alltrax had some backwards programming on this one. I will e-mail Will at Alltrax to verify. Definitely an odd one.
