Default LED to Halogen conversion

We want to replace these finicky aftermarket LED lights with a more standard halogen light. Just looking for some insight on if we can just replace the 2 mounted lights by cutting and splicing wire. Or if we should replace them with the wires that come with the halogens?
I will say the lights we have now are obviously LEDs. Both the headlights and taillights and are already wired up and installed. Buggies Unlimited has a set of universal halogens that we are looking at.

What kind of cart is it?

Leds will run on multiple voltages some as high as 36v, so before you go replacing anything verify that have have the correct voltage at the bulbs.
Halogens will need 12v, higher or lower than that will cause a halogen bulb to burn out.

We have a 99 club car ds 36v. The issue is the LEDs are flickering. We’ve checked everything and can’t find a cause. Each light has 6 LEDs, 3 on top and 3 on the bottom. On both headlights the top row flickers. The flickering started out of no where at the end of last summer.
