Club car lithiums
I have a stock standard ‘98 48v club car. I am considering changing to a 48v 60ah Li on battery pack. What kind of range can I expect? Only used on my local course with a few gradual hills and a passenger.

Re: Club car lithiums
I have been getting about 1.4 miles per Ah average with my 72Ah Eco Battery. I have a personal minimum of 20% SOC for safe operation.
I have logged 8 rides of between 8 and 27 miles. I noticed I get slightly more mileage with slower ride mph averages, and the 27 mile ride was at 10 mph average over 2 hours. The SOC at the end was 45.4. This means I may have been able to reach 44 miles at my personal minimum. This is all paved, flat road surface, 2 passengers. I'm not sure what range you will get with the 60Ah, but I would think with 48 usable Ah, you could get 30+ miles. I'm not sure how my upgrades affect these numbers. |

Re: Club car lithiums
60ah seems low....may want to look at getting more ah's.
