2011 gas precedent NO CLICK NO START

Hello
I bought a 2011 gas precedent replaced every component solenoid, limit switches, ignition switch, voltage regulator, also has a new starter/generator
The only part not replaced is the (Throttle, GAS, Triac,) i cannot get power to the solenoid (no click no start)
When i run a wire from the ignition switch to the solenoid then groud the opposite side it will turn over
Do i need to buy the (Throttle, GAS, Triac,)

any help would be appreciated
