Default 2011 EZGO RXV Whining Noise

My 2011 EZGO RXV has a very loud whining noise when accelerating. I had the lubricant replaced, but it is just as loud. What is my next step? Does the motor need replaced?

It's not the motor, this whining is coming from the gears. You could replace the Input shaft first ( some reported success with that ). I did the same but, without any success. The recommendation for a noisy rearend is to replace the transaxle.
I've paid $ 1130 two years ago, now it's $ 1630.

I'd check before spending big bucks... it's not the normal whine coming from the AC motor....check this out...

I agree with three. AC motors have a higher pitch noise (while). Almost to the point of annoying to me.
