Default no spark

hey fella's

I have a 92 gas club car and i am not getting any spark. The cart was in a flood and we have changed basicaly every electrical component. We have tried everything to get spark. Is there a color coded schematic for club car carts, anything would help starting to go crazy.

Thanks for the help

Thanks very much, does the rev limiter have anything to do with it not making spark.

Yes, you can lift the ground wire from the rev limiter and see if it starts. The wire is attached with one of the mounting bolts. Be sure to tape the wire after removing. The rev limiter can also ground internally and ground your spark so you may remove it completely from the circuit and then replace or get a tachometer. Here is a 94 ignition circuit.

If it has been in water you can also heve rust on the flywheel magnet or the face of the ignition coil

Good info You also need to check the micro switches, if not already replaced.
