Default Precedent trouble

I was installing a all sport lift this afternoon and when I was doing the rear axle I let the motor turn sideways on the jack shorting the motor out. Now it wont move solenoid clicks but wont move its acting like it wants to. Did I fry the controller? If I did should I replace it with a 400a controller since im going to be going to go with a plumquick motor soon? thanks in advance

I took out my controller with the blade of a tape measure. I lost forward but still had reverse. At first I was angry, then when I confirmed it was the controller I felt sick due to the cost of replacement. Once I put the new 500A controller in I have felt nothing but joy. The guys at PlumQuick have had used stock controllers at a reasonable price in the past. I would start there and seriously consider upgrading while you have a good excuse for the boss lady.
