I just took my multi meter and started at the begining of circuit, and checked until I didn't find power.

Don't forget you need to press the pedal to check power at some of these points.

I followed a flow chart and got all the way till it told me to check voltage on the red wire side of my 4 pin control harness. Which pin? I see no red wire on it.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1344119463.852270.jpg
I'm getting my voltage on the two right side bolts with the pedal release and depressed, but nothing on left side.

Your following a chart for a newer cart I think what ever happened with that micro we talked about? Does it click or no...with keyswitch on put black lead from multimeter on main negative and positive lead on each side of that micro switch, with the pedal pressed you should get 36v out of each side of that micro...

A micro switch (MS) is just an on off switch.... you get power in on one side and then when it clicks (peddle down) power out on the other side, no?

Update:
Just checked each individual battery since I haven't charged since this morning and 5 are at 6.0 or 6.1 volts and one is at 4.8. Would that cause the micro switch not to click and should I have NO cart response. Fully charges, the one low battery got to 5.7 volts, but came down fairly quickly.

FYI, the cart these batteries came out of ran ok the day I bought them???
