Default 2001 Gas Club Car Turns over will not start

If cart sits over night, starts the next morning and runs fine. If it sits for more than 2 hours, it will not start again. Replaced Solenoid, Battery, Voltage regulator and Spark plug. Now cart turns over, floods with gas, but will not start. Having Generator checked out, but do not feel that is the issue. If you continually try to start it, and it finally starts. It will run all day if you keep driving it around. Suggestions?

Have you disconnected the ground on the rpm limiter

No I have not, where is that located? Can I just replace the rev limiter so as not to damage the cart?

You want to undue it first and see if that's the problem. Then yes you can if you want.

It's under the dip stick tube in front of the motor. Brown wire. Cut or unbolt the brown ground wire

Sorry it took so long to respond. Unhooking the Rev Limiter fixed the issue, running great since then
