Default What Front shocks can I use?

I am using shocks for a 74 dodge Monaco in the rear and it is perfect! $17.00 each instead of $50.00 each. Is there a similar solution for the front? This cart and I just started dating so I don't know a whole lot about her. There is a significant amount of lift but I fear it is all in the spindles up front leaving a mostly stock suspension. Thoughts?

i went though this with my DS and didnt find anything to fit . ordered stock CC shocks for the front . when arrived they had Monroe stamped on them and a part number that i could not find on the the monroe shock list or in a online chat with monroe themselves.

here is the monroe style and length pdf , maybe you will have better luck then i did.

Thanks, I'll look into it. I have a sales rep at Napa digging in the shock catalog by size and style. I will post if something comes up from there.or

5752 was the NAPA part number I used. It was around an inch longer than stock compressed. A little weld and an L bracket... Presto! $21 each.

Nice work. How about a couple of close ups of the bracket and welded area if you don't mind?
