Fuel line rotating had no fuel lines at all when i got it

I couldn't figure it out either until... just now!
I'll take a guess that he meant "routing", not rotating!

On the vacuum fuel pump as it's mounted on the side of the tank:
  • Bottom nipple is your vacuum feed line. There's a hose barb nipple on the front of the motor. Connect these two with a hose.
  • Right side nipple is the fuel coming from the tank. This hose should have an inline filter.
  • Left side nipple is the fuel going out to the carb. This hose should also be filtered.

I can provide pictures if this isn't clear.
