Fuel line rotating had no fuel lines at all when i got it

I couldn't figure it out either until... just now!
I'll take a guess that he meant "routing", not rotating!

On the vacuum fuel pump as it's mounted on the side of the tank:

Bottom nipple is your vacuum feed line. There's a hose barb nipple on the front of the motor. Connect these two with a hose.
Right side nipple is the fuel coming from the tank. This hose should have an inline filter.
Left side nipple is the fuel going out to the carb. This hose should also be filtered.

I can provide pictures if this isn't clear.
