Default Cold WX operations - 91 CarryAll II

I have a stock (to the best of my knowledge) 91 Carry All II. It has been running fine until the WX started to turn cold the last few nights(28 degree nights). It is parked outside in a carport. Choking the engine I was able to get it to start, run for 30 feet before it bogged down. Start, run, bog. Carburetor was recently cleaned and fuel flow seems good. Oil was changed to 10w-30w Any ideas why it would be bogging down or help with cold WX operations?
Thanks in advance for any help.

It's cold & air density changes. I will sometimes feather the choke for the first minute or so of driving. Not just to initially start, but continuing for just a bit till the engine actually warms a bit.

If you're worried about it bogging out when trying to run it while moving due to the cold, put it in maintenance mode using the little yellow cam on the backside of the gear shifter and run the motor in neutral for about a minute or so to get it warmed up before you take off.

also run 5W20 full synthetic in it for below freezing temps. Also open up the main jet with a welding tip cleaner a wee bit to richen it up a tad...remember a WEE bit...just a few easy strokes of a tip cleaner to open it up about .003 to.003 NO MORE!
