Mount point for voltage reducer

I keep reading that there is a mount point on a Precedent somewhere in the front. I can't see anything like that on my 2013. Unless it is a vertical plate out in the elements behind the steering. Can some one clue me in?

Yes, you are in the right area. It is up there behind the dash. Two holes are already there if you get the VOLT-2003 kit. I was able to install mine w/o jacking the cart up. Turn the wheel all the way to the left and lay down to install.

It is outside in the elements but your converter should be waterproof anyway:

I've never seen that drawing, Sergio. This one illustrates the factory location.
