Default club car ds wont move

i have a 48v club car ds serial number AQ0902-989404 just purchased about 4 months ago maybe, im having an issue with it not moving at first the batteries tested bad so i put a new set of 4 12v batteries in and after the batteries went in nothing worked no buzzer no nothing so after doing a little research on the forum i plugged the charger in and let it kick on then the buzzer started to work but i still have no movement. i replaced the mcor and checked the run/tow switch and it seems to be working but after reading a few threads it points towards a controller issue i was wondering if there was any tests i can do to that would show the controller being the problem before i have to buy one

What do you hear when you hit the go pedal? Micro switch click at pedal? Solenoid click?

What points to the controller?
Do you hear the solenoid click?
What controller do you have?
The controller on our 2003 is looking for input from the Tow/Run switch, Key switch, OBC Charger Disable, Foot Switch, MCOR & FNR switch.
All these signals can be checked at the controller connector to see if an input is being provided.
Any one being missing and I don't think your cart will move.
The controller will close the solenoid contacts by grounding the Blue/White wire.
If the solenoid is not latching the contacts (the "click") the cart won't move.
The solenoid may be bad.
Before replacing any more parts some simple testing should be able to identify the problem.

Have you changed any wiring on the solenoid side? If so can you add a photo? Sounds like the batteries are wired correctly but, wouldn’t hurt to add the photo Mooncarter asked for earlier.

Thanks,
H

Do a continuity test on the run/tow. Also, we need to see the TOP of the solenoid, wiring, diode resistor etc.

Looks like in the picture of the batteries there is a fuse spliced in to the gray wire that goes to OBC.
