CC 04 OBC bypass help
Replaced aging batteries. Noticed before replacing charger would go down to 4 amp and never cut off. Tried to top off new batteries, same issue. Borrowed neighbors charger, same result. Cart tech said OBC problem. Ordered smart charger with CC plug.
Cart is 04 toggle switch fwd/rev, run/tow switch and speed sensor. Motor D&D systems, model 170-506-0002. To bypass OBC cut black and grey wire from charge receptacle and attach to negative post battery #6?? Is this correct and what did I Miss. |

Re: CC 04 OBC bypass help
You will also need to defeat the charge lockout so the car will run. Easy stuff with instructions here:
