Question Battery Charging Question

I have a 2004 EZGO PDS. I plugged in my charger yesterday and after a few miniutes my cart started beeping. I don't believe my batteries are charging. Not sure what this means. Has anyone had this happen to them, or know what it means?

Do you have a voltmeter? Can you tell us what the battery pack voltage is?

I don't have a voltmeter. My battery pack is 36V.

Thanks, this is a great site!

Nice Pic.

Yes, Great site
36 volts by design but actual voltage varies and a good voltmeter is the first tool every electric cart owner should have.
Is the cart charged enough that you can drive it now?

I can't drive it. I will have to learn how to use a meter.

Thanks.
