Default EZ Go Walks when driving

Hey guys,
First official post as a cart owner. I just acquired a 2005 EZ Go PDS with a 6" Jakes lift and 23-10.5x12 tires. They are a turf type so I can use on course and on the lease. I love this thing.

Here is the problem, it walks when driving. I cannot think of another way to describe it. It wants to go a little left or a little right, back and forth as you drive. It seems like it needs a steering stabilzer. It also a a little harmonic side to side rocking. Now I know that bigger tires will do this to trucks. I figure it might be normal when you put a really big tire on there.

My question is this, what can I do to clean it up? Can you tighten up the steering gear like on a truck? Do they make a steering stabilzer for this thing? Is it normal? Talking to the guy I got it from he said that it was what they do. I kind of believe that. I was wondering if tire inflation, stablizer, steering gear adjustment, or something you guys do to control this.

Thanks in advance,
Jason

Before you put a stabilizer on it check the wheel alignment. 1/8" is what I recommend with a lift, anything more or even less will cause the cart to wander.

1/8" of toe in, toe out, or ? New to this so I'm not sure what you mean.

Are there stabilizers for carts?

Thanks!

Toe in, measured from the front of the tire tread line to the back of the tire tread line.
There are stabilizers available but I'm not sure if they are compatible for the Jakes kit. A call to Jakes would be in order.
