You'll need a way to charge the pack. Either a 48v charger or a 36 volt charger with a 12 volt charger.

Craigslist may be an opportunity for a 48v charger. But if you are looking to buy new and the best quality, I think the site sponsors may have a charger but I haven't looked.

Yes sorry , like i posted at the start i just got in to carts 1 week ago bought a 36v ezgo pds for hunting and now being told to sell it and buy a series cart cause the pds carts cant handle the load a series can and i will burn up the motor due to heat it produces i already did 4 ga wires through out and was getting ready to get a controller and a lift with 22 in tires.

Separately Excited motors tend to produce much more heat than series motors. PDS is a sepex motor. Add to that bigger tires and slow speeds like creeping thru the woods and you have a high heat situation. Heat is what ultimately kills the motor. Heat breaks down the bonding agents and soon the motor comes apart for no apparent reason... All you can do is drive with this in mind. Avoid the creeping, the slow uphills, Or select a series cart which is better suited to this task.
I hope this helps.
