I'm at a loss. you have replaced/tested everything possible. There is no reason I can think of why this charger shouldn't be working.

Now I am worried i thought for sure Rabbit had it. ok..shot in the dark, did you test each battery ? or just the pack voltage ? I not sure if it make a difference, but maybe one battery has a bad cell ? not sure why it would make a difference to the charger but, if you pack is that low, maybe a bad cell in one of the batteries.

ok, woke up with an idea.....

remove the cover from the charger. Plug it into the cart (not the wall though to avoid a shock).
Test the voltage across the contacts of the black and white wires inside the charger (1 will be connected to the transformer and the other will be connected to a 50 amp fuse located directly behind the anmeter. You should see total pack voltage.

Next seperate the connector attached to the red wire coming from the charger cord. Test voltage from this red wire to the white wire. again , you should see pack voltage.

Also, disassemble the charger recpticle on the cart and remove the contacts within. use some emory cloth to gently clean these and then reassemble (do them 1 at a time to avoid any accidents).

The only other thing I can think of is that for whatever reason the dealer made a mistake and your charger really wasn't working when they tested it at the shop. I wish you had a neighbor with a similar cart to test it yourself (or even borrow their charger to test on your cart).

On Mauistardog's post why would your charger lead go thru one of your solenoid terminal's? Mine run straight from the charger plug to the battery post's.
Just curious, David

KYdog some people feel this is a cleaner place to connect the Positive as it is away from the battery acid...
