Default carb tuning???

Alright I was finally able to get the cart out and run the new motor a little bit yesterday and when I pulled the plugs to read them they are white so it is running lean and since I have the biggest jet ezgo offers in the carb my only option is to try and drill the jet out a little correct?

Yes and no, is your air box complete is the fuel pump pushing a good stream of fuel.
Any other changes that you made? Stop and think about the entire air/fuel system
including the exhaust.
Good luck.

Alright airbox is complete and is the one that came off my 295 with a new air filter. 295 did not run lean either.

Fuel pump unchanged from the 295 set up as well but I havent checked it but cart runs fine just white tip plugs when reading them.

Exhaust was unbolted from 295 and back on 350 completely stock as well.

The only thing that is unproven is the carb itself as it was on the 295 donor motor that I took the upper end off of to build the 350. I cleaned it well and installed a #92 jet but I have no baseline on it. I guess I could pull it and install the jet in the carb off of the 295 and see what happens.

BUt the cart has been running great with no problems other than being a little lean.

Sounds like its time to drill it out.

Look at that little chamfer in the jet opening and duplicate it when you
drill the jet, it is very important to fuel flow.
