Steve, have a 2005 CC too.
Did you post any pics detailing how you did the back end platform?
I was planning to do something similar to haul stuff and put my garden tools. I use the CC to putz around my farm.

. . . that "platform" is my rear seat folded down . . it has aluminum diamond plate deck when folded down . . bought it from one of the site sponsors, Trademark Carts . . .

Really like how you used a brush guard in the front but didn't lift the cart or put big off road tires on it. It just goes real good with the rear seat framing, like the two were meant to go together. Good job building a great looking cart that is different from the rest!

. . . just spent an hour or so swapping out my GO PEDAL and MCOR input shaft to replace the worn parts that were on the cart and "jury rigged" to get me thru last camping season . . . also swapped out my push/pull headlight switch with a lighted (blue led) rocker switch . . . next project is the back end to figure out which wheel has a dragging brake . . squeals a little . . and the beat goes on . . . .

. . . added trailer hitch to cart this week . . now it can pull it's own utility trailer out of back yard up to driveway for trip to campground . . .
