I load tested the batteries. All is well there to fully charged also. Could the motor have a bad spot?

I know this is old but I have messed with it some more. I can jack the rear tires up and it will spin the tires over good. If i let the jack down and get on it the golfcart will drive forward. until you stop then it doesent go again. could there be something wrong within the motor? I was gonna pull it off and see what i could find out

HI dont know if this will help but my cart is the same as yours, model/year and I had kinda the same issues as you are having. I found the problem on mine. On the controler plug with the small wires from the pedal and stuff the terminals were loose in the connector. I removed each terminal and tightened connections. This fix my issue. I found it when doing the test I just happened to move the connector with the pedal depressed and it started to move. I could wiggle the wires and it would stop. Its a long shot but figured you could try it. Good luck.
