6.07v at ea batt./charger wont start??

Maybe this part of the puzzle for the moment, but owning an electric golf carts, it is sorta like the old ditty about a pessimist, an optimist and a realist walking through a railroad tunnel.
The pessimist only sees the darkness of the tunnel.
The optimist sees the darkness, but can also see the light at the end of the tunnel.
The realist sees the darkness and gloom of the tunnel and the bright light at the end of it, but realizes the light is on a freight train rushing towards them.

Kidding aside, now that your charger is fixed, it'll most likely serve you well for years.
The same is true about the cart. Things are going to fail or break. If you take good care of your cart and don't ask it to do more than it can do, the breaks and failure will be fewer and further between.
When something does fail or break, fix it right and/or fix it better so it won't be as likely to fail or break again.

Just saving for batteries, controller and solenoid and hopefully will be done.... for a while. Thanks for the advice
