Switched Polarity after putting motor back in
I pulled my motor out to try to fix my not moving problem (Stripped Brake Hub). Apparently when I dismantled everything including the motor I got the stator turned around hence my polarity is switched.....Hmmmm.......
There are two wires on top and two on the bottom. I have my wires in the correct place, but not the rest of the motor. Can I swap two of the wires on top or do I need to do the same two on top and bottom.... A little help please. Thank You!! Last edited by gilldawg79; 05-09-2012 at 07:24 PM.. Reason: Subscribe |

I got it. Switched the two wires on the F/R switch. Works like a top. Thanks for the help with my previous problem.
