try some meguire's #1 heavy grit buffing compound its not just for paint!!

Will try the WD40 tonight and let it sit a long while... The vinyl is good quality it is textured that is why it looks a little bright and dark at the same time..... called Liquid Silver Rush.

I used Soft Scrub with Bleach. It got rid of mold that had been on the white seats for 3 years or so. Maybe try finger nail polish remover!!!!!!!

Well I have given up, after scrubbing and letting several different chemicals set for 30 minutes, nothing is touching it, I am going to have to get a new cover.
