Default No Go EZGO

Morning Guys,I have 02 EZ series,have 38.64v pack, have solenoid closing and pack voltage when closed,have its throttle voltage,have F&R voltage at controller,I'm down to controller or motor any quickie way to determine which?Thanx in advance Dave

Place DVM test leads between B- and M- on controller.

Should have Full Battery Pack Voltage when solenoid first clicks.
(If not, something is wrong in the high current cables, connections and/or solenoid contacts you say are good. )

Slowly press pedal to floor. Voltage should drop to near Zero.
If so, check motor.
If not, controller or throttle input to controller is bad.

thanx Johnny B,voltage goes to pack voltage when solenoid closes,stays there to the floor,checked throttle at controller last night,white wire starts at .5 light throttle goes to 1.68v full throttle...controller ????Dave

I think your throttle input is within range, so it looks like the controller is bad.

Sure sounds like a bad controller.

You've got continuity through motor, f/r and cables or you would not be getting full pack voltage between B- and M-
The ITS is telling controller to turn on the MOSFETs.
Controller isn't turning on the MOSFETs.
