Default Couple of noobie questions

Just bought 2009? shuttle 4. It came with no key. What is the way to resolve that?
Also roof is caved in. How to uncave?
Can anyone give me some general info on this cart type? I know nothing about this except it is 48v with no batteries or charger.
I can not figure out what model type it is or any other general info.
Looking for input here.
Thanks.
Serial #2647367

Here is what that serial number returns on the EZGO look-up site:

Model Year: 2009 Make/Model: 48 Volt Shuttle

Most EZGO carts have a "Universal" key, so you can order one from EZGO.
If it has a uniquely keyed key-switch, you'll have to replace it or hire a locksmith.

Can't help with top issue other than suggesting it be replaced.

Pictures of cart and under the seat would probably get you more feedback.
