Default Newbie, Has bought a Cart, Needs HELP

Ok I asked you guys what type of cart I should buy Well the wife let me get a gas yamaha, Its a G9 1994, I will post pics when I get a chance but soon.
I have a problem though.
The front end is messed up!!! For one the tires look like its setting like /-\ I have bought some shocks on craigs list. I see that the bushings in the a-arm passenger side are shot. I ordered them. But I don't see that as being the problem with the tires drooping down like they do.
I think the guy did some weilding to the front end to make it fit the tires he bought they are 23's I think they are tall. But he painted it and it looks good under the front just where the tires are rubbing.

Does anyone have any pictures of a G9 that is stock, I need to see what the front end is supposed to look like before it was messed with.
I will put a lift kit on it but if the front has been altered I will need to bring it back to stock so I can put a factory lift on the front.
Thank You
Bob Lyons

Some pictures of the front end might help. Someone should be able to see what is wrong.

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for the answers I really appreciate it.
I sorry for not getting back to yall for so long. I have been really busy with honey dooooooossss.
I will take some pics and have my wife help me with posting them. She usually takes care of the camera stuff.
But I am sure that both front shocks are blown.
The passenger side also has the a-arm bushings are bad I ordered 6 new ones they were 5 dollars a piece from South Africa.
But I have to pick them up at the post office they were sent registered mail.
And another thing is the King pin bushing on the passenger side is worn out.
I have bought them and received them just waiting till all the part come in and then I will break it down. I have a hard time about tearing things down then not putting them back together again.
I have bought a uni filter for the carb also a little fake K&N filter for the breather.
New plugs
Changed oil to synthetic. Mobil 1 10-40
Bought valve cover gaskets and carb gaskets I want to set the valves and clean out the carb.
And i am thinking hard about getting New clutch springs so I can make it have more torque.
I will send pics also of the belt for the clutch the thing is so loose it is rubbing on the frame.
But when it is going it comes all the way to the top of the clutch?
I am thinking the rear shocks are blown too. And letting the rear end come up high and that is making the belt so loose. Any ideas on that one?
I will send pics not today but Probably tomorrow.
Thanks again.
Bob

The engine and trans are on the swingarm, if the belt is loose it is wrong size or the engine mounts are bad. Some yamaha like G2 G9 have a tension cable under the generator pulley that holds the engine torque when you gas it hard. They are cheap or you can make one with a bolt and tab on the end of it. If you get a belt try to get the cogged kevlar one think they are 1 1/4 wide, they work great on older carts with worn clutches and help on newer ones too with more torque. If the belt is worn to near 1" wide at top it will not run that well, looses power that way. It should be at top of clutch at higher speeds, the primary on the engine.

The a arms in front stock will be level if you move the cart and get off an look. If the cart sinks way down when you get on and move it, shocks are weak. Check behind the spindle and see if he cut the arm and welded the spindle at a different angle, that is what I did to fabricate my lift using stock arms. If the shocks are good you have to move the mounts to push the arm up/down to level the tires, or of course alter the arms. The front tires should stand straight up with a person on the cart, after moving it to equalize the weight on the tires. Make sure the toe is not way off if the arms are angled it can pull the arms up/down when you move it. Stock level arms the toe will not move.
