Looks like it - do you have the schematic table naming each of the numbered components diagramed?

Nope Thats what we have here. Good chance your controller is bad. You said you DO hear a click when you press the accelerator correct?

You have a 36v cart with 48v in it. Is the charge receptacle 2 prongs in a \ / or round plug with 3 pins? Can you identify the controller serial and or make model #s and the solenoid if you can... lets see if your components are 48v compatible.

Yes to click when accelerator along with the faitest of movement forward...and nano second after pressing this faitest of movement stops.

As controller and related parts are electrical (not returnable) and costly I want to avoid simply part untils its fixed. As such how would I go about testing the controller?

Would it make any sense to reset the OBC as first point of trouble shooting? I ask now only because I notice on the above posted pic that my cart has an OBC.

Also I noted where controllers will not work below certain input voltage level - will be testing voltage to controller when I get home as well as each battery.

OBC has nothing to do with movement. Here is how you can test your controller..
