The negative from the battery goes to the charge outlet, one smaller wire goes from that negative in the charge outlet to the F/R micro switch. This is the only switch that carries negative to the small terminal of the solenoids. That was the confusion and why it burned up. Jump negative from battery to that small terminal on the solenoid. This should result in that solenoid working and the car should go. If not then jump postative from battery to the opposite small terminal. At this point it should go. I think the issue is on the charge outlet and that wire may be croaded or broken.

Also it looks like some of the wires on that F.R switch looks rusted up, for current to floor at peak you will need to clean these terminals. Poor conductivity will cause overheating and impare performance, check all connections.

Its fixed. OK here is what happened. When I changed out the charging plug I put the ground wire on positive side (WADASS). Scooterman thank you very much for staying with me and helping me figure out the problem I created.
