Just got back from Lowes with a new charger which is now on, back with updates shortly.

K guys, the new charger did it, got three batts charged and then plugged in the cart charger and it kicked in and now we are back up and running. Thanks again for all the advice.

You should have charged the fourth one this way too. Now the other three will reach full charge before the fourth one and they will be gassed while the fourth one catches up.

Gassing doesn't harm a battery and it may be beneficial to a certain point.
