Something else to keep in mind...

Depending on the manufacturer, consider (or at least ask the question...) about the long term effects of the adhesive and any problems removing the adhesive and the vinyl after 3-4 years of being baked on by the sun. Again, depending on the manufacturer, sometimes the vinyl can come off in fingernail size pieces. I have a very good friend who spend several weeks removing OEM vinyl (in fingernail size pieces...) from the bumper of his motor home.

I've been out of the business for two years. The material to which you have referred, could be something new. To that point, 3M was/is the standard to which all others were/are measured. I'd be particularly cautious of imported materials...

Best wishes and good luck...

I'm waiting for my delivery of chrome red wrap from China. I'm wet sanding the cart now to make for a better install. I'll post pics when it's done and let you know what I thought of it.

I've not done chrome. But I have used 3 or 4 rolls of the 3M DiNoc carbon fiber. It is fairly easy to use with a heat gun.
