Intermittent throttle action?
CC 2009 Precedent, started to have no response to go pedal, when I pump it several times it works, usually happens after complete stop, sometimes it will work fine but happening more frequently now.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Re: Intermittent throttle action?
Most likely a failure of the throttle input devise commonly called the "MCOR" replace it with a newer MCOR4 from one of our vender's here...

Re: Intermittent throttle action?
Thanks teecro. It definitely sounds like an MCOR issue. But with the cart being a 2009 model, it may be equipped with a TPS instead of an MCOR. Pictures may be necessary to make sure the right part is ordered.

Re: Intermittent throttle action?
I finally got to remove floor and brake assembly, it has a MCOR 2 in it, what would be the best replacement part for this.

Re: Intermittent throttle action?
A big thank you goes out to David Hicks and Revolution Golf Carts, I replaced the MCOR2 with a MCOR4 kit and saved big $$ through his business compared to what was available to me locally.
I did this on a Sunday morning and had a question about install, I called David and much to my surprise, he answered the phone and told me exactly what to do. Club Car is back running as it should. Thanks again David.. George |
