Default speed spring yamaha gas question

I bought a speed spring and noticed the throttle body bolt which is a Philips head doesn't have a nut at the end. AND the head of the bolt is actually welded on so I can't remove it. 2014 or 2015 fuel injected. How do I get this bolt off so I can install the speed spring?!!

Dont need to remove bolt. It's supposed to "pinch" the governor arm on the shaft (it's a M6 nut to replace). The whole governor armshould slide up & off the shaft, you will then be able to install spring.

In my opinion, speed springs = worn out internal governor parts.

thank you for the responses. The welded on bolt doesn't have a nut on the end of the bolt, will the throttle body still lift of be reinstalled with a little elbow grease?

If you're talking about the governor arm, yes it will slide off of the gov shaft if the nut is loosened or missing. Don't lose the plastic washers.
