Help buying new Express 4 maybe

I am considering buying a new ezgo express 4, I like the look and the lift that is comes with from the factory. The only issue I have is I cannot get a direct answer on how fast I can get it to go without changing the motor. I have a 36v now which is street legal and it has a range of about 25 miles and top speed of 19-20. I am thinking gas to get more range and I need to get faster than my 36v cart to drive in traffic. Thanks for your help on how and what I can expect for speed on the new gas cart.
