Noise at takeoff and on bumps.
Hopefully someone will be able to understand what I am talking about. My 05 precedent has started making a noise (sort of a clunk) at take off and especially when accelerating over bumpy terrain. It is most noticeable when going uphill on bumpy or washboard roads.
I don't really feel anything in the drive train when it happens (no loss of power, etc.) but I can't rule that out. I tried when the car was parked to shake it and reproduce the sound, by no luck. Anyone have any ideas of somethings I can check? Incidentally I found the following part in the driveway. Is this part of my cart? Thanks in advance. uploadfromtaptalk1441761910767.jpg |

Good call. It looks like that is missing. Didnt know the car had such a thing. I ordered one to see if it fixes all the issues. Thanks!
