Default Air filter for the stock G2 engine

Okay guys, looking for some input on what people are using for the air filter on their stock G2.. I had plans on using the factory filter, but when I made my drop kit for the motor it will not allow the use of the stock filter without cutting and relocating the mounts. I measured the diameter of the stock filter but forgot what it was and I'm at work looking for something that will work. What are you guys running??

I'm using a motorcycle pod filter attached to the rubber tube that hooks to the carb. I rejetted the carb way high to around 150 I think. My ignition sucks so can't give you any solid info but the pod filter works great. You will need to make a oil catch can or something else for the ccv.

Pod filter was for a ex500 motorcycle engine, I don't have the sizes in front of me I might be able to get them tonight. I just put the ccv vent hose next to the filter in hope it would suck up the fumes, which it probably does, but it dies puke oil once in awhile making a small mess. Making or buying a small catch can would be ideal.
