Re: gas ezgo workhorse no start
Is it clicking??? Maybe the micro. or the starter solendoid? Dead battery or connection. Start checking... Good Luck

Re: gas ezgo workhorse no start
Get the horse to kick it. Then check fuses and wires.

Re: gas ezgo workhorse no start
There is no silver bullet solution to your problem (it can be many things) and you are going to have to take ownership of the issue before anyone can help. You will need a circuit diagram and a multimeter and then we can help you to your goal. If you can do that then we will fix your cart. If you feel unable to do that then I suggest that you find a local repair facility who will get it fixed for you.

Re: gas ezgo workhorse no start
I am having the same problem with my 2002 Workhorse. Clicking sound coming from the solenoid, no loose connections, power getting to/from the starter/generator. The back of the starter/generator is getting quite hot. When I rotate the starter shaft it suddenly will work. Is this indicative of bad brushes?
