Cushman unknown Year and Model Help!

I recently purchased a Cushman utility cart off craigslist and have been unable to find any information about it online using the model number which is 898570A. Im hoping someone on here will know what it is. It has a 16hp vanguard v twin engine. Please let me know if you have any information that would help i've searched for hours on the internet and cant come up with any definite answers.

late 80's Cushman utv max. Maybe early 90's. Looks like someone fabed up a front cowl for it.

Why cant i find any information using the Model number? All the websites say there should be a dash after the 898570 followed by 4 more digits but mine doesn't have that just an A. How did you come to your conclusion?

Also, my carts entire body is made of diamond plate except for the bed, and the Utv max pictures im finding online dont have that. Plus I've found 2 other pictures online of carts that look exactly like mine so i was assuming the cowl was factory follow the below link for a website that has a tan cart identical to mine but no information on it. Let me know if you still think its a UTV max.

Cushman has been bought out so many times it's hard track. Did you find the name plate? My 98 hawk was between the seats below the key switch.
the serial number will be stamped in frame above drivers side wheel. GaryDee on this site has one similar but the front cowl is throwing me.

I cannot find the name plate (probably been removed or painted over) but i'll look for the serial number tonight and maybe that will help me. Below is a picture of the model plate in the engine compartment. It's driving me crazy trying to figure this out.

you said it had a 16 hp v twin? Sharp looking, what you going to do with it?

I'm going to us it to drive around our community and take it to horse shows. Why do you ask?

This is a mid 90's? Cushman golf course maint. cart, Used at golf courses,
Would work great around the farm. Has a cargo box on the back (dose not dump)
8HP Kohler gas engine,
Needs a heli coil put in the spark plug hole to run
Has been sitting for a spell but turns over esily.
$300 OBO

Ok, only problem is they still dont give any specific information on the cart. And did cushman have a cart called golf course maint.? Or is that just what is was used for? I think I came across this before but it doesn't tell me much.
