R&R has been around all over for years.
I've been using the term since the early 80's when I got into the car maintenance business.

Yea, military acronym I heard/used way back too,
a maintenance term

The guy with the 36 volt batt indicator said the indicators has blinked & jumps around all the time.
He don't worry about it.

Asked if he wanted a 48 volt one installed,
, said "No"
"Don't pay any attention to it anyway"

There you go.
