You don't have the wrong OBC. If you're getting 83 minutes on a discharge test there's nothing wrong with the batteries or the OBC.... You've got something else killing your cart prematurely. Check wheel alignment, tire pressure, and check the brakes for extra resistance. 83 minutes should be plenty of time on a discharge machine to equal 2 good solid rounds of golf and most of a 3rd round.
