Carryall 2 Relay questions

I own a 2005 CC Carryall 2 48 volt with an enclosure and lights and strobes asking with turn signals. My question is what is the relay under the dash for. I noticed it is wired to the #2 side of the key switch then goes into the relay and travels along the wiring on passenger side to the battery area where a butt spliced was ripped apart with no visible wires to connect to... It's a white wire

Does any one have schematics for said relay or flashers for turn signals i can't seem to find them built into schematic of the other one..
