Sounds good. The 1996-1997 Regen 1 had two solenoids on the passenger side, just behind the batteries. It did not have a component mounting panel. The 1998 Regen 2 added a Tow/Run switch and a mounting panel like the one in your picture. The Regen 2 used two solenoids until early in the 2001 model year. Serial numbers AC0106-987637 and newer only used 1 solenoid.
