Power "Bucking" Issue
Just picked up a 2007 CC Precedent, my first golf cart. Find that when operating the CC, at a constant throttle position, whether its half throttle or floor boarded there is a power "bucking"/oscilllation. Feels like the brakes are being applied off and on very lightly and quickly, which of course they are not. A hesitation then power, a hesitation then power.
I would appreciate any ideas of where to start looking for the cause. Thanks in advance for any input you may have. |

Re: Power "Bucking" Issue
Take it back to dealer or selling person first before doing anything on your own. You could possibly have diagnosed your own problem as if brakes or cables are not returning to full released position this could cause your problem? BUT There are many other things that can cause this problem? All can be very expensive or some thing simple but only testing will find out what and where it at? Unless you have a basic knowledge of DC wiring and have digital volt meter and battery test equipment you need to take it BACK TO SELLER.
A short list of possibles include following Batterys, Battery Cables, Brakes and cables, Throttle linkage, MCOR, OBC, Solid state controller, Wiring loom or connections? just to list most common? |
